View Letters to Go

Letters to go set up in Contact Details will sit in a temporary file until you are ready to generate the letters.  You can view details of letters waiting to be generated for a customer or prospect using Contact Details.

1.   Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu.
3.   Select the required customer.  You can use the quick access lookup or advanced search to find an account if you do not know the exact account code.   
4.   Ensure the correct contact details are displayed on the right of the screen.  
5.   Click on the Letter to go tab. Letter details are shown for the current contact.
6.   If you change the current contact name, letters to go will show the letters details for that contact.
7.   Once letters have been generated, they will no longer show as letters to go but can be viewed in Previous Call Details.  The Contact Details screen also shows the date of the last letter to this customer or prospect at the bottom right of the screen against the Last Letter Sent On field.
