This allows you to view details of a specific contact person for a customer or
prospect, e.g. to look up their direct dial number or email address. The
current contact name will be recorded against any
call details
you enter so
you should make sure you have the correct one displayed. It can also be
used to select the correct addressee for
letters.
1. Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2. Select Contact Details from the menu.
3. Enter the required customer. You can use the quick access lookup or
advanced search to
find an account
if you do not know
the exact account
code.
4. Click the drop down menu next to Contact on the top right side of the
screen or alternatively click on the Contact Search button

using the Contact Search.
5. Select the required contact name. Their main contact details such as full
name, telephone number, email address etc will now be displayed. To
display all of their contact details or amend them, click on the icon.
