View Previous Call Details

This allows you to view details of previous contact with a customer or prospect, including a system generated log of quotes, orders, call backs , appointments and letters produced on the account, as well as comments input by operators.

1.   Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu.
3.   Enter the required account.  You can use the quick access lookup or advanced search to find an account if you do not know the exact account code.   
4.   Click on the Previous Calls Tab on the lower left quarter of the screen.
5.   Double click a specific comment line to view full details.  If the comment is a system generated log of a sales order being placed or amended, you can click the View Order button to open the sales order enquiry.
6.   Use the Previous and Next buttons to move through the comments. 
7.   There is a filter option available to assist you in finding a previous call. Right click the mouse over the Previous Calls grid and select Apply Filter. The Call Filter window will appear giving you the option to filter by Date, Comment Category, Contact and Operator. Choose the required filter and select the Apply Filter button. A reminder message will appear above the Previous Calls tab. To remove the filter, right click the mouse over the Previous Calls grid and select the Remove Filter option.
