Create Zone Codes

You can create zone codes to identify which zone within an area that a customer is located in.  The customer should be given an area code and then a zone code can be assigned.  These are both selected on the Contacts tab in Customer Details.  The area/zone codes can be selected in Print Delivery Notes to print a delivery manifest for specific delivery van routes. 

1.   Select Gx Sales from the toolbar.
2.   Hold the cursor over Options on the menu. 
3.   Hold the cursor over Analysis Details on the second menu.
4.   Select Zone Codes from the third menu.
5.   Type in a two-digit Zone Code.
6.   Enter a Description for this zone code.
7.   Enter an Abbreviation of this zone description.
