4. Rep Code - enter a code for the rep. This may be a numeric code or
alphabetic, for example their initials.
5. Enter the Rep Name, Abbreviation of Name (e.g. their first name or
initials only), Car Registration and Commission Percentage.
6. Fill in their address, telephone numbers etc on the left hand side of the Rep Details tab.
7. Fill in their monthly target sales figures on the right hand side in the Budget Amount column.
8. Click on the Privileges tab to set up access rights to this rep's information.
Tick the check-box in the Allow column for all the operators that are
allowed access to the Rep's details. All programs that display rep
information check if the operator is allowed access to this rep's data,
rejecting any restricted operators.
9. Click on the
Eportal tab to set up access to the Rep Eportal. On this tab you may setup details that allow this Rep to log on to the Rep Eportal.
Username, enter a unique username for this Rep, the system will report an error if the username is already in use.
Password, enter a password for this user, it must be at least 5 characters long.
Confirm Password, retype the password to confirm that you have entered it correctly the first time.
Power-Gx Username, select an existing Gx User from the drop down list, the user will be marked on any transaction placed through the Eportal such as CRM comments.
Management User, only tick this if the User requires access to all Reps customers, otherwise the user will only be able to access the customers attached to this
Rep.
