Delete a Sales Order

An open order can be deleted.  If a delivery note has already been produced for any part of the order, you will need to cancel the delivery note first before you will be allowed to delete the sales order.   

1.   Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu or by clicking on the graphic icon.
3.   Select the required customer.     
4.   Click on the Orders Tab.  Locate the open order you wish to delete and double click it. Alternatively you can click Place Order in the toolbar and choose Open Orders from the menu.  Select the Order Number you want to delete from the drop-down menu. 
5.   The sales order will open on screen.  Click the Delete button at the bottom or the graphic icon in the toolbar. 
6.   Confirm that you wish to delete this order.
