A collection note can be amended at any stage before it is completed.
1. Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2. Select Contact Details from the menu.
3. Select the required customer.
4. Choose Place Orders in the toolbar then select Open Collection Notes
from the menu.
5. Use the drop-down menu next to Collection Note No to select the
collection note to amend.
6. You can simply amend a line by over-typing the details such as quantity
to be collected, reason code, whether to credit, update stock etc.
7. You can add a line to the collection note by selecting the next available
line and processing as when you raise a collection note. 8. You can delete a line from the collection note by right-clicking it and
selecting Delete Line from the pop-up menu.
9. The message on the Information tab can also be amended.
10. Click the Print button to print a copy of the amended collection note.
