A collection note can be deleted at any stage before it is completed.
1. Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2. Select Contact Details from the menu.
3. Select the required customer.
4. Choose Place Orders in the toolbar then select Open Collection Notes
from the menu.
5. Use the dropdown menu next to Collection Note No to select the
collection note to cancel.
6. Click the Delete button and confirm you wish to delete the collection note.
