Q1:     I have generated an email mailshot, but Microsoft Outlook is asking me to individually confirm I want to send each email.
A:        You need to have Express ClickYes running in your system tray to prevent this.

Q2:     I don't know an account code and can't find the account with the quick access codes I have tried.
A:        You can use the account search option to find the customer or prospect using search fields such as the company name, telephone number etc. Once you have located the customer, you can update their quick access code in Customer Details to make them easier to find in future.

Q3:     I am working through my call backs for today but the full list is still showing as outstanding even though I have updated my call backs to future dates.
A:        This occurs when users forget to click the Add button before they Save the call back screen.  The call back operator and date is selected but not actually added to the list before the screen is saved, therefore the original call back date, i.e. today, is not updated and the customer remains on your list of calls to make today.

Q4:     How do I print prospect labels for one rep only?
A:        You can use the search facility when running prospect labels to select the rep code field and add the required rep code as the selection criteria.  It is a good idea to familiarise yourself with the account search facility on Power-Gx as it can be useful in a number programs when you want to narrow down the accounts retrieved.  Step by step instructions on printing labels for one rep's prospects are given here.
