Delete a Call Back

This allows you to delete any call backs you no longer need to make.  Call Backs are not compulsory on Power-Gx, allowing you to save a customer or prospect contact details without setting a call back. 

1.   Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu.
3.   Select the required customer.  You can use the quick access code or advanced search to find an account if you do not know the exact account code.   
4.   Save the Contact Details screen.  The Call Back Details window automatically pops up.
5.   Click the call back you want to delete from the list. 
6.   Click the Delete button.
7.   Confirm that you wish to delete the call back.
8.   Save.
