Head Office Indicator

You can indicate in CRM Contact Details whether a customer or prospect you have on the system is the head office for their company.  This allows you to identify to head office account if there are separate accounts on your system for each office or branch in their organisation. 

1.   Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu.
3.   Enter the required customer. 
4.   Click the check box next to Head Office on the right side of the screen to "tick" this option.
