Credit Violation Warnings

When you access a customer in the Contact Details program, you will be warned whether they are over their credit terms.  This may help you decide whether you will accept a new order from them, or act as a prompt to remind you to chase payment while you are in their record.

1.   Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu. 
3.   Enter the required customer. 
4.   If they are over their credit terms, a credit violation warning will pop up. 
5.   Click Yes if you wish to continue. 
6.   The Contact Details Screen displays several reminders that an account has exceeded their credit limit.  Click here to view them.
