The Dialogue Narrative option allows you to record and view dialogue prompts
and scripts that can help operators while making telesales and telelmarketing
calls.
1. Select Gx CRMon
the toolbar.
2. Hold the cursor over Options on the menu.
3. Select Dialogue Narrative Details from the second menu.
4. Enter a Dialogue Code. This must be a three digit alpha code.
5. Enter a Description.
6. Type the dialogue narrative in the Window then Save.
7. To view an existing dialogue use the same program and click the Dialogue Code drop down menu to select the required one.
