Assign Contact Status

This allows you to assign a contact status to your customers and prospects, usually to define where they are in your marketing plan.  For example unqualified prospect, qualified prospect, hot prospect, active account, key account etc.    

1.   Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu. 
3.   Select the required customer or prospect.
4.   Contact Status is on the right side of the screen.  Click the drop down menu to select the required status.  This can be amended at any time.
