This allows you to indicate which dates are statutory holidays so that the
system warns operators the date is a holiday if they try to create a call back
on that date.
1. Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2. Hold the cursor over Options on the menu.
3. Select Define Statutory Holidays from the second menu.
4. Double click a date to select it as a holiday. The date will now show in red.
Double click it again to unselect it.
5. Use the buttons to move back and forward through the months.
