Contents - the Contents are displayed on the left, providing a constantly visible menu of the entire contents of this help system.  In the HTML_Website version of the help, the table of contents are always displayed fully expanded. Power-Gx Help is arranged in a series of Chapters that contain Sub-Chapters (both with a icon) which in turn contain Topics (with a icon).  You can use the scroll-bar to move down the contents list. 

Search - the 'Search Term or Phrase' box at the top of the Contents list allows you to enter keywords that you are looking for help on, for example "preventing part delivery", "set up switch selling" or "look up customer email address". The search scans the entire help system for the keywords, phrase or term you entered and lists topics containing these keywords. Double click a topic displayed in the search results to open that help topic.

Print - right-click the help topic and choose Print from the context menu to print the current help topic displayed. 

Popups - underlined blue text may be linked to a popup window with further information relating to the current topic, rather than as a link taking you to a new topic.   This help system uses popups for glossary terms and example screens and forms.  Popup windows are displayed in front of the current help topic and can be closed by clicking the in the top right corner.
