Create Customer Selection Group Codes

Customer Selection Groups can be assigned in Customer Details or Prospect Details and can be used in target marketing. They are normally used to group customers for selection for specific purposes. For example customers who receive specific Christmas gifts.

1. Select Gx Sales from the toolbar.

2. Hold the cursor over Options on the menu.

3. Hold the cursor over Analysis Details on the second menu.

4. Select Customer Types from the third menu.

5. Enter a two digit numeric customer Type Code.

6. Enter a Description for this customer type.

7. Enter an Abbreviation of this description.
