A credit note can only be amended or deleted before it has been printed. This
includes credit notes that have been automatically generated when you resolve collection notes.
1. Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2. Select Contact Details from the menu.
3. Select the required customer.
4. Choose Place Orders in the toolbar then select Open Credit Notes from
the menu.
5. Use the drop-down menu next to Order Number to select the credit note
to amend.
6. You can amend the details on the credit note simply by over-typing them
or re-selecting options from drop-down menus.
7. You can add lines to the credit note by selecting the next available line on
the Product Lines or Non Stock tabs and processing the line as when
you raise a credit note.
8. You can delete a line from the credit note by right-clicking it and selecting Delete Line from the popup menu.
9. You can delete the whole credit note by clicking the Delete button.
