4. Click Place Order in the toolbar and then select Open Quotations.
5. Quotation No - select the quote from the drop-down menu.
6. Make sure the quote has a contact name selected in the F.A.O drop-down
menu. The contact must have a valid email address set up and have the
Acknowledgements check-box ticked on their contact record. You can use
the icon to create a new contact or check and amend these details for
an existing contact.
7. Click the Print button, you will be asked if you wish to Include Product Images, selecting yes will produce a PDF document containing the product images, clicking on no will produce the standard quotation form.
8. Choose Email from the Send To options and choose the attachment
format.(more info).
9. Click Ok.
10. Microsoft Outlook will open a new email with the file attached. Insert any
text required on the email before you send it.
