View Daily Call Back Summary

This allows you to view a summary of the number of calls you have scheduled to make each day.  These will have been created using the call back facility in Contact Details.   

1.   Select Gx CRM from the toolbar. 
2.   From the menu choose View Daily Call Back List Summary or click on the graphic icon. 
3.   This displays a calendar with the number of calls you have scheduled each day. 
4.   Use the graphic graphic buttons to move back and forward through the months.
5.   Double click the number of calls displayed next to a date to view the customers to be called on that date.  This screen can also be viewed using the View Today's Call Back List option.
