This allows you to reschedule any calls you were due to make but have been
able to do so. These will have been created using the call back
facility in the
Contact Details screen.
1. Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2. From the menu choose Reschedule Call Backs.
3. Enter the Week Commencing date of the week you wish to reschedule
missed calls to. Date must be in the format dd/mm/yy. You can use the
calendar to select the date.
4. Drop down the menu to choose the number of Days To Reschedule the
missed calls across.
5. Click the Ok button.
