Delete a Ring List

If you no longer want to work through a ringlist, or it has become out of date, you should delete it.  You can then generate a new up-to-date ringlist if required. 

1.   Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.

2.   Choose Add a Ring List from the menu.

3.   Use the drop down menu to select the Ring List Code. 

4.   Click the Delete button.

5.   Confirm you wish to delete this ring list.
