This program allows you to create stock files, amend product details and set up alias codes.  It can also be used to  view stock enquiries. 

This allows access to Shopping which is the automated purchase ordering program.  It also gives access to the programs for collecting electronic purchase order confirmations, and writing off purchase orders to indicate that you are not awaiting the purchase invoice. 

This allows you to create manual purchase orders, print manual purchase orders and look up purchase order enquiries. 

This allows you to book in goods received from purchase orders.

This allows you to amend the goods booked into stock against purchase orders if you have made a mistake or the expected quantity has not been delivered. 

This allows you to make stock adjustments that do not relate to goods received against purchase orders or stock issued on delivery notes.

This is for overriding physical stock levels rather than calculating stock adjustments to move in or out. 

This allows you to process supplier returns and credit requests. 

This allows you to run the stock period end.

This menu allows you to print stock take forms, enter the stock take figures and update stock take figures to override current stock figures. 

This gives you access to another set of menu options.  These include programs for setting up Purchase Order Messages, Warehouse Codes, Product Groups, Stock Selection Groups, Return Reason Codes, Pack Sizes and Commodity Codes.
