The options on the Gx CRM Menu are:

Gx CRM | Contact Details
This opens the telesales/telemarketing contact management program.  Refer to the View Customer or Prospect Contact Records topic for instructions on using the options available in this program.  This program is used to place sales orders, counter sales, collection notes, credit notes and quotes for customers. 

Gx CRM | Prospect Details
This opens the Prospect Details program that allows you to create prospect accounts, amend and delete prospects and convert them to active accounts

Gx CRM | Add a Ring List
This opens program used to create telemarketing ring lists

Gx CRM | View Today's Call Back List
This allows you to view the call backs you have schedule to make today

Gx CRM | View Daily Call Back List Summary
This allows you to view a summary of the number of calls you have scheduled to make each day.


Gx CRM | Reschedule Call Backs
This allows you to reschedule calls you were due to make but have been able to do so. 

Gx CRM | Enquiries
This gives you access to the various customer pricing and purchase history enquiries.  Refer to the Customer Price and Product Enquiries sub-chapter within the Gx CRM chapter of this help system for instructions on using each enquiry. 

Gx CRM | Reports
This displays the CRM Report options.

Gx CRM | Select Letters to Send
This allows you to generate letters for customers and prospects. 

Gx CRM | Send a Global Mailshot
This allows you to generate target mailshots to many customers or prospects at once, based on the selection criteria you choose. 

Gx CRM | Prospect Mailing Labels
This allows you to create labels from your prospect database

Gx CRM | Options
This gives you access to another set of menu options.  These include programs for setting up Rep Codes, Dialogue Prompts, Statutory Holidays, Contact Statuses, Mailshot Categories, Letters Codes and Competitors
