Amend a Product File

1. Select Gx Stock on the toolbar.

2. Select Product Details from the menu.

3. Enter the stock code or search the product database to find it.

4. Use the option tabs to select the part of the product file you wish to amend. These are:

· Movements to add or amend bin locations and reorder levels

· General to amend general product details

· Suppliers to amend suppliers of this product and their cost prices. To delete a supplier, right-click the row and choose Delete Row from the context menu.

· Catalogues to amend catalogue information and alias codes for this product code. To delete a catalogue, right-click the row and choose Delete Row from the context menu.

· Selling Options & Discounts to set up or amend switch selling, upselling and quantity discounts. To delete switch selling and upselling products, right-click the row and choose Delete Row from the context menu.

· Product Picture to add or amend a product image or additional information to this item

Simply over type or re-select the options that need amended. Clicking the links above will take you to instructions on setting up or amending the details each tab holds about the product. Use the Back icon to return to this page.
