4. Enter the Batch Number if known, or use the icon to find a batch.
The search screen allows you to select the type(s) of batch(es) you are
looking for. Tick the required check-boxes and click the Find button.
Double click a batch from the results window to select it.
5. A list of the transaction in the batch will be displayed. Left-click a
transaction to select it and then right-click to display the popup menu of
options available for viewing further information associated with the
chosen transaction. The options are:
·View Order Form - this links you to Sales Order Enquiry
allowing
you to view the actual sales order that an invoice relates to.
·View Allocations - to show the transactions that the invoice, cash
or credit note you select have been matched to. Click here
to view
the Gx Sales\Allocations window.
·View Nominal Analysis - to display the nominal codes that the
transaction has been posted to. Click here
to view the Gx
Sales\Nominal Details window.
·View VAT & Discount - displays the VAT breakdown on an invoice
or credit note and shows details of settlement discount available on
an invoice. Click here to view the Gx Sales\VAT
& Discount screen.
·View Memo - to record and view memos about a specific
transaction. A green M will appear in the first column of the
transaction line to indicate that a memo exists for this transaction.
6. Click the Print button to print the batch report.
