This explains how to manually put customer accounts on stop or query. Sales
orders can still be entered for queried accounts but the system will prevent
orders being placed for accounts on stop.
1. Select Gx Sales on the toolbar.
2. Select Customer Details from the menu.
3. Enter the Account Code.
4. Click the Options tab.
5. Select Stopped or Queried from the Account Status drop-down menu.
The system will warn operators of the account status when they access
the customer in Gx CRM\Contact Details.
