Customer Product Group Discounts allows you to give discounts on product
groups to specific customers. The discounts will only be applied on items that do
not exist on the customer's contract.
1. Select Gx SOP from the toolbar.
2. Hold the cursor over Prices and Discounts on the menu.
3. Select Customer Product Group Discounts from the second menu.
4. Enter the customer's account code or use the search button provided.
5. The Product Group drop list will become active, select the required product
from the list.
6. Enter the discount into the first line of the grid. If no quantity breaks are
required then leave the quantity column blank.
7. If you want to define discounts with quantity breaks then ensure the quantities
are entered in a strict ascending sequence going down the grid, for example
see below.
