3. Double-click Customer Turnover Report from the list of reports.
4. You can run the report for a range of account codes, or individually
selected customers, or include selection criteria to search for a specific
group of accounts. To include a range, type the first and last accounts to
be included in the From Account and To Account fields. You can use
the icon to look up account codes. To manually select specific
accounts, click the Advanced Selection button then select the letters of
the alphabet to select the accounts from. Highlight a customer in the list
and click Add to include them on the report. Hold the Control key down
to select multiple accounts. The selected accounts show in the right
hand side of the screen. To apply selection criteria click the Advanced
Selection button then click the Search radio button. The search window
will open. Click here for instructions on using the

5. Choose how you want to order the report using the Sort Report By
options on the top right corner of the screen. If you select Rep Code or Area Code, you will be prompted for the rep or area range you want to
include in the report. Make your selections from the drop-down menus.
6. Choose the Report Type you require. Detailed shows turnover
figures
per month per customer this year and last year. Summary only shows
the current month.
7. Choose how you want to Sort Turnover By, either Ascending or Descending.
8. Period Type - choose whether to display Rolling Periods or Financial
Periods on the report. This option is greyed out if you chose Summary
from the Report Type options.
9. Top Customers - from the drop-down menu select all customers or the
number of 'top' customers to include.
10. Click Ok.
11. Choose where you want to Send Output To. (more info) Please note that should you select to
Export the report to Excel a further prompt will ask if you wish to include Last Years figures.
12. Click Ok.
