Call Analysis Report

This report shows the user a breakdown of calls made between 2 dates.  The breakdown details the calls made from a ring back list ,their outcome, and any calls missed from the ring back list.

1.   Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2.   Select Reports from the menu.
3.   Double-click Call Analysis Report from the list of reports.
4.   Select whether to Sort By Operator or Rep.
5.   Depending on which Sort By you selected, enter the Operator Range or Rep Range to be included in the report.
6.   Enter the Date Range and a Comment Category Range
7.   Click Ok.
8.   Select the required Sent To option then click Ok.
