Export Adhoc Reports

1.      From the toolbar, choose any part of the system, e.g. Gx Sales, Gx Stock, Gx SOP etc. 
2.      Select Reports on the menu.
3.      Double-click Adhoc Report from the list of reports. 
4.      From the Saved Report list, double-click the part of the system the report is in.  E.g. Gx Sales, Gx Stock, Gx SOP etc.  This displays the list of Adhoc reports that have been written on your system. 
5.      Click the report you require. 
6.      Remember to amend any selection criteria if required, e.g. date ranges, before running the report. 
7.      Click the Export to Excel button. 
8.      You are required to save the export file before it will open.  The default file and pathname can be accepted by clicking the Save button on the pop-up window. 
9.      For Power Gx on the Cloud you will receive further instructions regarding copying the file to your desktop.  For other Power Gx versions the report should now open in Excel.  If it does not open automatically, you should go into "My Computer" on your desktop or Windows Start menu and navigate to the following location: C:\Calidore\Reports\xxx\OP, find your filename and open it. xxx = the part of the system you were in to generate the report e.g. CRM, Sales, Purchase, Nominal, Stock or SOP.
10.   You can use Excel to edit and sort the data on your report if required. Graphical representation of data can also be created.
