To save time when creating new reports, you can copy an existing similar
report and then make amendments to it instead of starting a report from
scratch.
1. From the toolbar, choose any part of the system, e.g. Gx Sales, Gx Stock, Gx SOP etc.
2. Select Reports on the menu.
3. Double-click Adhoc Report from the list of reports.
4. From the Saved Report list, double-click the part of the system the
existing report is in. E.g. Gx Sales, Gx Stock, Gx SOP etc. This displays
the list of Adhoc reports that have been written on your system.
5. Click the report you require.
6. Make the amendments you require.
7. Click the Save button.
8. The existing report file name is displayed. Overtype this with a new file
name and click Ok. The existing report remains unchanged and your new
report is added to the Saved Reports list.
