The options on the File Menu are:
File | Save
This saves any changes to the record you have been updating.
File | Cancel
This abandons any changes you have made to the record currently open.
File | Delete
This allows you to delete the record you currently have open.
File | Previous
This is used to move backwards through records in the order they appear in
the file to which the record belongs.
File | Next
This is used to move forwards through records in the order they appear in the
file to which the record belongs.
File | Printer Setup
This allows you to select the default printer to be used for printing directly from
Power-Gx.
File | Print
This allows you to print the current window.
File | Close
This will shut down the active window.
