Nominal Account Year on Year Comparison

1. Select Gx Nominal in the toolbar.

2. Choose Account Details from the menu.

3. Type in the Nominal Code, use its ' quick access code' or use the drop-down menu to select it.

4. Click the Comparisons tab.

5. The monthly balances for this year and last year are displayed for this nominal account. The variance between years in shown as a value and as a percentage. The columns are repeated for the cumulative balances.

6. Click the Rolling Periods radio button to rearrange the display in Rolling Period rather than Financial Period.
