1. Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2. Select Prospect Details from the menu or click on the 
icon. 3. Select the required prospect. You can use the Account Search icon 
to find the prospect. 4. Click the Delete button.
5. Confirm you wish to delete this prospect.
