This allows you to record your competitors that a customer or prospect
company may use. This may be used to target companies, for example if a
competitor goes out of business you can contact all your prospects currently
using this competitor.
1. Select Gx CRM on the toolbar.
2. Select Contact Details from the menu.
3. Select the required customer or prospect.
4. Competitors is on the right side of the screen. Click the drop down menu
to select the main competitor. This can be amended at any time.
