Our Rep Portal is a fantastic tool for any member of staff who is not always in the office. Traditionally, key selling information could only be obtained from the back office system by someone in the office. Not any more. Gone is the need for a rep to return to the office to check on a customer’s purchasing history, or to follow up on a customer’s orders that may or may not have been placed. All this information is available at a rep’s finger tips via their Internet browser on their PC or laptop. If a rep can connect to the Internet then they can have access to key selling data that not only affects them but also their customers.
One of the more important features that the portal gives a rep is access to real-time sales data through a range of intelligent sales alerts.
