Back Office System Review 2011

Dealer Support have been doing their annual back office system review and have been asking our dealers the following questions.

When asked "Would you consider using another software system" all but one dealer said:

• "No, I am happy with my existing provider."
• Only one dealer commented, "Yes I have considered other options." The reasoning as to why they answered Yes was:

• "Just to see what technology is out there and to be future proof in back office systems technological advances." The customer has not changed his system.

This is what our customers had to say about our product.

• "The technical support is second to none and with the relationship we have built with Calidore over the last year we have no interest in looking at another back office solution."
• "I have used various back office systems in the past and POWER-Gx is by far the most user friendly and the support we receive is excellent."
• "We have formed an excellent working relationship with the staff at Calidore and would not change this lightly. Also, of all the providers we spoke to when last changing our system Calidore were the only provider who answered an unequivocal 'no' when asked about the abilities of their system. From memory they said 'Our system does not do this and will not be able to in the future.'
